不達率（バウンス率）とは、送信した電子メールが配信されなかった割合です。アドレスの間違いや受信サーバーの問題などでメールが届かない場合に発生します。 メールアドレスは有効で受信者のサーバーには到達したが受信容量に空きが無かったなどの理由で配信されないケースをソフトバウンス、メールアドレスが存在せず配信できないケースをハードバウンスと呼びます。
Non-delivery rate (bounce rate)
Bounce rate is the percentage of sent emails that are not delivered. This occurs when the email is not delivered due to an incorrect address or a problem with the receiving server. A case where the e-mail address is valid and the e-mail reaches the recipient’s server but is not delivered due to insufficient reception space is called a soft bounce, and a case where the e-mail address does not exist and the e-mail cannot be delivered is called a hard bounce.
