ウォーターフォール型とは、プロジェクト管理やシステム開発の手法の一つで、各工程を順番に進めていく線形のプロセスモデルです。名前の通り、滝のように上から下へと工程が進んでいくことから「ウォーターフォール」と呼ばれています。このモデルでは、一つの工程が完了してから次の工程に進むため、各ステージが明確に区切られています。
