Kanban method
The Kanban method is one of the production management and project management methods used in the manufacturing industry and software development. It originated at Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan and was developed as part of its just-in-time (JIT) production system. “Kanban” means “signboard” in Japanese and is used as a tool to visually manage the progress of work.
